Update from our Year 9 sunscreen project which was a great success!
During the project 14 Year 9 students worked alongside Susan Jenkins from Macmillan Cancer Research and Anne Willis and Dr Kay Padget from the University of Northumbria. The project aimed to raise the awareness of the dangers associated with not using sunscreen. It also required the students to research and analyse some of the effects of ultra-violet light on the skin and the effectiveness of sunscreens. Photo's coming soon!

At the CLC now XD ... Canny good craic. Just done a radio blog, GEOX THE SHOES THAT EXHALE. LOL ! Gonna do a television show soonish, should be good ?! x
